Carlo Fidani is known to be the grandson of the founder of Fidani and Sons which is a Toronto-based area construction company which was founded sometime in 1948. When his father died in 2000, Fidani took the full management of the business which is now known as Orlando Corp.

Through the years, the company has expanded into development and management of properties. Currently, the company manages, leases and owns 40 million square feet of commercial real estate and industrial offices in Toronto.
