Indian businessman Bhupendra Kumar Modi has an estimated net worth of $755 million as of March 2013 according to Forbes. B.K. Modi is known to be the global Chairman of the  Indian conglomerate Spice Global. Initially, Spice Global was known as Modi Corp, then MCorp Global, and Spice Corp, until it became Spice Global. Bhupendra Kumar Modi is currently married to Veena Modi. Together the couple has a son named Dilip, and two daughters named Ritika and Divya.

Bhupendra Kumar Modi is a graduate of chemical engineering from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). After completing his Master's of Business Administration from the University of South California, he then took his PhD in Financial Management.

After graduation, he started working for Modi Steel which is a part of the Modi Industries. In 1981, he collaborated with Xerox to build Graphics India.
