American businessman Arturo Moreno has an estimated net worth of $1.82 billion as of May 2016 according to Forbes. He was considered as the first Mexican-American to have owned a major U.S. sports team when he acquired the baseball team the Anaheim Angels from the Walt Disney Company.

A native of Tucson, Arizona, Arte Moreno was born in August 1946. Arturo Moreno is currently married to his wife Carole with whom he has three children.

After completing his degree from the University of Arizona, he started working for Eller Outdoor advertising company. After some time, he started working for Outdoor Systems where he later served as the company's CEO and president. After the company went public in 1996, its stocks soared significantly. Two years later, Outdoor Systems was sold to Infinity Broadcasting for only eight billion dollars.
