Anthony Pritzker is a member of the wealthy Pritzker family and he has an estimated net worth of $3.3 billion as of April 2016, according to Forbes. He was the 179th richest person in the “Forbes 400” list and was ranked #458 in the list of World Billionaires. The son of billionaire Donald Pritzker, founder of the Hyatt Hotel chain, he is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.

Together with his brother Jay, also known as JB, he run the private equity and venture capital firm, The Pritzker Group, based in Los Angeles and Chicago. Over the years, Anthony’s earnings have increased due to the profits they received after the sale of shares that he and JB have retained in the industrial conglomerate, Marmon, in 2007. Majority of the shares were sold to Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway.

The Pritzker brothers have invested $50 million into an Arizona-based data center technology company through their venture capital arm, New World Ventures, based in Chicago. Tony has spent 20 years running middle market manufacturing and distribution companies.
