James "Jimmy" Lee Jr. is an American investment banker which has an estimated net worth of $185 million.

James "Jimmy" Lee Jr. started his career in 1975 when he worked for Chemical Bank. He involved in lending businesses, and managed Chemical's merchant bank in Australia. Then, he returned to the United States, and began handling the bank's syndicated leverage finance group.

While working with the Chemical Bank, Lee established the high yield business in 1994, when the bank was merged with Manufacturers Hanover. And he overlooked the bank's financial sponsor coverage in which the business focused on the private equity firms, and also the bank's acquisitions.

He ran the said bank until it was merged with J.P. Morgan and Co. in 2001. Lee serves as JP Morgan Chase & Co.'s vice chairman, and co-chairman for JPMorgan's investment bank.

James B. Lee, Jr. was born on 1952 in Manhattan, New York. He finished his degree in Economics and Art History at Williams College in 1975.
