Since 1998, he was the President of Starcraft’s Wheel to Wheel and Tecstar subsidiaries. He was also the President of Powertrain Integration, LLC. In 1983, he left an engineering position with Ford Motors Company and founded numerous automotive companies.

Mr. Beitzel is known as the fiancé of Gretchen Rossi, one of the cast members of The Real Housewives of Orange County. He also appeared briefly on the show which is the first of The Real Housewives program in the franchise.
