James Jebbia is the founder of Supreme clothing brand and he has an estimated net worth of $4 million. His business career began in the early 1990's as the co-owner of the Stussy fashion label along with Sean Stussy. When Stuffy left the business, he went to open up Supreme in 1994 in a small storefront of Lafayette Street in downtown New York. Today, it is the home of the New York City skate culture which caters to the Skateboarding, Hip Hop, and punk rock cultures, most especially to the young culture.

Supreme does not only sell clothes and accessories just like any fashion company. They also make skateboards which are collected like art. It has collaborated with artists such as Larry Clark, Jeff Koons, Richard Prince, Christopher Wool, Nate Lowman, and recently, Damien Hirst to design their skateboards. It also has joined forces with brands such as Nike, Vans, Clarks, The North Face, Levi’s, Timberland, Comme des Garcons and WTAPS as well as with designer Adam Kimmel.

In 2004, Supreme opened its store in Los Angeles, California. The place is almost twice bigger than the original store in New York. Other stores are located in London, Tokyo (Harajuku, Daikanyama, and Shibuya), Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka.
