Sam Nazarian is an Iranian-American businessman and entrepreneur who has an estimated net worth of $150 million. Born in Tehran, Iran in 1974, his family of Jewish descent migrated to the United States after the Iranian Revolution. SBE has acquired several hotels such as the Sahara Hotel & Casino in 2007. Sam Nazarian has also invested in various hotels such as Viceroy hotels and resorts, Chamberlain West Hollywood, Sheraton Delfina Santa Monica, Sheraton Gateway LAX, and Hilton Garden Inns.
