Ron Shirley is an American entrepreneur and reality television personality with an estimated net worth of $2.5 million. He is the President of the repossession company called the Lizard Lick Towing and Recovery (LLTR). Along with his wife, Amy, he is also the co-owner of the company which started in 1988 and is based in Lizard Lick, North Carolina. He is responsible in overseeing the day to day operations of the repo company as well as heading up the repossession skip tracing department.

LLTR began with only two employees but has grown to employ fifteen people who drive a fleet of twenty trucks. The company was first featured on the show All Worked Up on truTV which proved to be popular. The network soon approached the Shirleys about their appearance on their own spin-off show which features the daily repo-runs as well as their employees. It was called Lizard Lick Towing which premiered on February 7, 2011 with its second season aired in December 2011. Its third season began in June 2012 and its fourth season premiered in February 2013.

Ron used the show as a platform to share his faith with the children who are victims of sexual abuse and drug addicts. He serves as the Pastor of The Eastern Chapter of Dirt Church and an Evangelist by grace.
