Deborah Norville is an American journalist and TV anchor best recognized as the host of the TV program Inside Edition. In the past, she has been the host of NBC's Today, as well as CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News. Her works on TV has been recognized when she has won two Emmy Awards.

Deborah Norville was born on August 8, 1958  in Dalton, Georgia, U.S. This TV journalist is a graduate of the University of Georgia.  Neville is currently married to Karl Wellner. She has three children named Niki, Kyle, and Mikaela.

After working as an anchor and reporter for several local TV stations, Norville was selected as an anchor for NBC News at Sunrise. In 1989, she became a part of Today newsdesk after replacing Palmer. Eventually, she was part of NBC Nightly News after substituting Tom Brokaw.
