Littrell’s career began when he joined the Backstreet Boys in 1993 following an invitation from his cousin Kevin Richardson. In the beginning, the group was not successful in the US. Lou Pearlman, their manager, marketed them in Europe. They became commercially successful in European countries in 1995.
