Simon John Charles Le Bon, who is simply referred to as Simon Le Bon, is an English musician having a net worth of $60 million. His birth place is Bushey in England on the 27 October 1958. He became famous as the song writer, musician and singer of the band ‘Duran Duran’ and for his singing in the band ‘Arcadia’.
Simon’s wealth and fame primarily comes from the immensely popular music band “Duran Duran”. His childhood friends Nick Rhodes and John Taylor founded this band along with the songwriter and singer Stephen Duffy in the year 1978. Duran Duran was known for their energetic sound. They released their first album in 1981 which became a successful one.
Egged on by the success, Duran Duran released many more albums during the 1980s such as Rio, Seven and the Ragged Tiger, and Arena. Band members of Duran Duran were already widely recognized by this time. The band released these albums by travelling and touring and through huge promotions. Le Bon then went on the form another band by the name of “Arcadia”. This band was formed with Roger Taylor and Nick Rhodes.
Simon first showed his artistic talent at the early age of 6 when he passed the screen test for the Persil washing powder advertisement. On a personal front, he got engaged to Claire Stansfield, the actress and a model in 1980. But there was no marriage. In 1985, he finally got married to Yasmin Parvaneh, the fashion model. The couple has three daughters - Amber Rose Tamara Le Bon, Saffron Sahara and Tallulah Pine.
