Sandra Lee is an American. She is a renowned TV cook and author as well. her net worth stands at $20 Million.

She is known for her "Semi-Homemade" cooking concept, which Lee describes as using 70 percent pre-packaged products and 30 percent fresh items. She has gained recognition for her novel Semi-Homemade concept.

Lee was born in California, after her mother got divorced for the second time. She took up the role of a mother to her young siblings. At that young age, she looked after the kids, brought groceries, looked after the finances of the home, and also prepared meals for all of them.

Lee earned her wealth and fame after she introduced a home decorating object named as “Sandra Lee Kraft Kurtains”. It was used to create a decorative fabric. It was sold through infomercials at the various home shopping channels. Lee was hired by the channel QVC and she sold products worth more than $20 Million in the first 18 months of her work there. In 2003, her show Semi-Homemade Cooking started, where she used an art and craft work in each episode to decorate her table according to the theme of her dish. The second season of this program Sandra's Money Saving Meals was also released in 2009. Sandra released 25 books.

For few years, 2001 to 2005, Lee was married to Bruce Karatz after which the couple separated. She has been in a live-in relationship with the Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo for several years now. Lee’s culinary skills have been acquired from her grandmother who suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis.
