Rupert Everett was born on May 29, 1959. He is an English actor and an author. His estimated net worth is $30 million.

Rupert’s wealth comes from the work he has done in movies and television shows, and the fame he has earned from them. Rupert was born in Norfolk, England. Everett was born in Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk. He left school at the age of 16 and ran away to London to become an actor. His acting debut happened in 1981 on the stage. He then went on to perform in a movie called “Another Country”. He played the role of a gay student at an English public school. Rupert has worked in many other movies such as the sequels of Shrek, An Ideal Husband, My Best Friend’s Wedding and The Next Best Thing.

Rupert has seen his share of troubled times as well. When the times were bad, he supported himself by prostituting drugs and money. He later left for Scotland and worked there at the Citizen’s Theatre in Glasgow. However in 1989, he shifted to Paris and started writing a novel called “Hello, Darling, Are You Working”? In 1995, he launched another novel called “The Hairdressers of St. Tropez.”

He was appreciated for his performance in “My Best Friend’s Wedding”. In 1999, he played Madonna’s best friend in “The Next Best Thing”. Rupert made his Broadway debut in 2009. Here he performed in a Noel Coward play called “Blithe Spirit”. He has also presented Channel 4 documentaries. In July 2010, Everett was in a popular history programme called Who Do You Think You Are?
