AC/DC is an Australian rock band that has an estimated net worth of $380 million.
AC/DC was formed by Malcolm and Angus Young in 1973. Then, they recruited Larry Van Kriedt, Dave Evans, and Colin Burgess to complete the band. During the span of their careers, they underwent several line-up changes and considered disbanding.
With successful concert tours around the world and their songs charted the hit charts, AC/DC albums have sold more than 200 million records worldwide which make them one of the world's best-selling bands of all time. Angus is the original member who remained with the band. Meanwhile, Malcolm took a break from the music industry due to illness in 2014.
AC/DC won 12 music awards including 6 APRA Awards, 4 ARIA Music Awards, 1 Grammy Awards, and 1 Rock on Request Awards. AC/DC members are Angus Young on lead guitar; Cliff Williams on bass guitar, and backing vocals; Stevie Young on rhythm guitar, and backing vocals; and Chris Slade on drums. Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose joined the band as lead vocals for Rock and Bust World Tour.
