Blake has however filed for bankruptcy in recent times due to his problems with the law enforcement agencies, and thus, the value of his net worth is deceptive.
He is best known for his performance in the movie, In Cold Blood, and Baretta, the television series. Blake even won the Emmy Award for his performance as Tony Baretta. In the initial years, he was mainly into movies. His wealth comes from performances in several motion pictures such as The Purple Gang, Pork Chop Hill, Town Without Pity, Ensign Pulver, and The Greatest Story Ever Told among others. However later on during the 1980’s and 1990’s Robert Blake, performed mostly in television shows. He was seen as Jimmy Hoffa in Blood Feud, John List in Judgment Day: The John List Story, and Hell Town.
Blake married Sondra Kerr in 1961, but the couple divorced in 1983. They had two children, Delinah Blake and Noah Blake. Robert had a relationship with Bonnie Lee Bakley later. However Bonnie was still in a relationship with Marlon Brando’s son Christian Brando. There was a controversy when Bonnie delivered a child as Bonnie declared that both Brando and Blake were the fathers. DNA tests, however, proved that Blake was the real father. The couple then got married, until Bonnie died in 2001. Robert has since then been tried and acquitted on the murder of Bonnie Lee Bakley. However, in 2005, a civil court found him guilty on the murder of his wife.
