He is also a host and lead judge for the second and third cycle of the spin-off Canada’s Next Top Model.

Along with another ANTM personality and friend, J. Alexander, Manuel often appears on the Fashion Police episodes of E!: Entertainment Television with Debbie Matenopoulos.  He also hosts his own show Style Her Famous on Style Network. He had a cameo appearance in DeGrassi Takes Manhattan, and played himself on a season 3 episode of the comedy-drama television series Being Erica. In 2011, he released a clothing line for Sears called Attitude.
