American songwriter and rapper Obie Trice has an estimated net worth of $8 million.

Obie Trice III was born on November 14, 1977, in Detroit, Michigan, USA. At age 11, Trice started rapping. Previously, he was signed by Shady Records. Eventually, he founded Black Market Entertainment, his own record label.

In September 2003, Trice released his debut album, Cheers, which spawned the single "Got Some Teeth". The single later became a hit in many countries. The single reached #54 on Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at #8 on UK charts. The album also contained other singles such as "Don't Come Down" and "The Set Up". It eventually became gold certified by the RIAA.

In 2006, he released his second album titled Second Round's on Me. Eventually, he released his third and fourth albums, Bottoms Up and The Hangover, in 2012 and 2013, respectively. To date, he has released five mixtapes, which include The Bar Is Open, Bar Shots, The Most Under Rated, Watch The Chrome, and The Hangover.
