Rachel Stevens is an English singer-songwriter, actress, presenter, dancer, television personality and model.

Rachel Stevens began her modelling career when she won a contest sponsored by UK teen magazine Just 17.

In 1999, Stevens joined the group "S Club 7," which starred in its own BBC television series, Miami 7.

The group had four UK No.1 singles, one UK No.1 album, and numerous hits throughout Europe, including a top-ten single in the United States, Asia, Latin America and Africa.

They recorded a total of four studio albums, releasing eleven singles, and went on to sell over fourteen million albums worldwide. The concept of the group was created by their manager, Simon Fuller.

The group's second to last single reached number-five on the UK charts, their final studio album failing to make the top ten. S Club 7 were disbanded in 2003.

Stevens went solo and signed a four album deal with Polydor Records. Her first solo single, "Sweet Dreams My LA Ex" was released in 2003. The song was written by Cathy Dennis and produced by Bloodshy & Avant and it's from her debut album, Funky Dory.

Stevens earned the Guinness World Record for Most Public Appearances by a Pop Star in 24 Hours in Different Cities.

In 2004, Stevens released her second solo album, Come and Get It. Her first single off the album, "Negotiate with Love," became a top ten hit in the U.K.

In 2005, he appeared in the film Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. In 2007, The Guardian included Stevens' Come and Get It on their list of "1,000 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die."

She took part in the TV series Strictly Come Dancing in 2008, and was partnered with professional dancer Vincent Simone.

In 2013, Stevens appeared as a guest mentor on the New Zealand version of the The X-Factor, assisting former All Saints member Melanie Blatt with the Groups category.

Rachel Lauren Stevens was born on April 9, 1978 in Southgate, London. She graduated at London College of Fashion, where she got a diploma in business. She married Alex Bourne in 2009, they have a daughter and another child on the way.
