Mutt Lange has an estimated net worth of about $225 million. Lange is a well known British music producer and songwriter. He was born in Zambia in 1948, was raised in Durban, and he attended the Belfast High School. In school, he started a music band where he played rhythm guitar. In 1978, he produced a single for the FA Cup with the name Ipswich Ipswich Get That Goal. His connection with the club was through Colin Viljoen, a South African player.

His first major hit came in 1978 with the single The Boomtown Rats. In 1979, he was associated with the AC/DC classic album Highway to Hell. He also produced Back in Black for AC/DC. He has worked several well-known bands and artists including Foreigner and Def Leppard. He wrote many songs for Def Lepard albums such as Hysteria, High n Dry, Adrenalize, etc. He produced Waking up the Neighbors, a Bryan Adams album in 1991. He has also worked on several well-known songs and albums.
