Kishore Lulla became the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Eros Media Ltd. since January 2010. He eventually became the Group Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Executive Chairman of Eros International Plc since 2018. He became instrumental in the expansion of Eros' presence in the international market especially in the United Kingdom, Dubai, Australia, the U.S., and Fiji. He served as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eros International Ltd since January 2010. He became one of the principal driving forces behind Eros International Plc which is a global integrated media and entertainment Company in the past 18 years as he served as its Chief Executive Officer from June 2011 to May 2012. Mr. Lulla has more than 35 years of experience in the film and media industry. Mr. Lulla has earned a huge wealth of management experience in the distribution of Bollywood films. He is the co-founder of Eros UK in London in 1988. He was able to play a significant role in the launch of the UK’s very first 24-hour Bollywood pay TV channel and digital satellite on the BSkyB platform. Throughout his tenure, he became instrumental in the evolution of Eros from a film distribution Company into an international and vertically integrated content business. He became the Group Chairman of Eros International Plc from January 2010 until 2018 and he served as the company's Director since April 2006. He eventually became the Executive Director of Eros International Media Limited since September 28, 2009. He also served as a Director of Eros Media Ltd. since April 11, 2006. He currently serves as an Executive Director of Eros Network Limited. He is also one of the Board Members for the School of Film at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as well as a Member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and Young President' Organization. He received honors at the Asian Business Awards 2007 and prestigious Indian Film Academy Awards 2007 because of his contribution in taking Indian cinema globally. In 2010, Mr. Lulla received the award of the Entrepreneur of the Year at the GG2 Leadership and Diversity Awards. In 2014, Forbes Asia was able to feature Mr. Lulla on the list of Best under a Billion. He also got honored with the 2014 Global Citizenship Award by the American Jewish Committee which is a leading global Jewish advocacy organization. Mr. Lulla was also able to receive the Entertainment Visionary award at the 2015 Annual Gala Dinner from the Asia Society Southern California. In 2015, he got invited to attend the “billionaires’ summer camp” in Sun Valley which is an annual gathering of the world’s most powerful entrepreneurs and business executives.
