This impressive wealth has been accumulated over years by being the bassist for the famous American rock band “Cheap Trick”. Interestingly, Tom was born in Rockford, Illinois, which is also the birthplace of Bun E. Carlos, the famous drummer of the band.

Petersson was the first one to play a 12 string Bass guitar with his debut song “Heaven Tonight”. Petersson was associated with Cheap Trick only for a short time.
