Interestingly, Tom was born in Rockford, Illinois, which is also the birthplace of Bun E. Carlos, the famous drummer of the band.
Petersson was the first one to play a 12 string Bass guitar with his debut song “Heaven Tonight”. Petersson was associated with Cheap Trick only for a short time.
