English rock guitarist, singer, and actor, Stephen Philip "Steve" Jones, has an estimated net worth of $12.5 million. He is best known as guitarist and founding member of the punk rock band the Sex Pistols.
In the early 1970's, he co-founded The Strand with other members Paul Cook and Wally Nightingale. After Wally booted out, the remaining members of the band became known as The Swankers before Jones formed Sex Pistols in 1975. Three years later, he and the rest of the Sex Pistols members gone on separate ways.
Jones had played for several rock bands such as The Professionals, Chequered Past, and Neurotic Outsiders. Aside from the music scene, he appeared in several television shows such as Roseanne, Saturday Night Live, and Cutlass.
Jones was born in Shepherds Bush, London, England on 3 September 1955.
