American musician, singer-songwriter and composer Billy Joel has an estimated net worth of $180 million.

Joel has been known in the music industry since 1965. He joined the Echoes as pianist but he was fired due to refusal of wearing the same jackets with the band. After the band disbanded five years later, he signed a contract with Artie Ripp's Family Production in 1971.
