Pakistani pop singer and film actor Atif Aslam has an estimated net worth of $22 million. He was born on March 12, 1984 in Wazirabad, Gujranwala District, Punjab, Pakistan as Muhammad Atif Aslam to a Shia family. He was educated in Lahore and Rawalpindi. He went to kindergarten at Kimberly Hall School in Lahore. He moved to Rawalpindi in 1991 where he continued his studies in St. Paul’s School. He went back to Lahore in 1995 and continued his studies in Divisional Public School. He started his FSC in PAF Inter College Lahore. He took his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with honors from the University of Central Punjab in 2004.

As a singer, he made his debut in July 2004. His first album titled Jal Pari was released and was successful on the song Aadat. It was played in different musical websites in Pakistan. It was also played in Pakistani radio stations such as FM100 and FM105. The music video was shot for one day in a warehouse in Karachi. Because of personal problems in the band, he left Jal and went solo. His musical talent has reached India when Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt called him to ask for consent that his song Who Lamhey can be used as a soundtrack in the new motion picture Zeher. Atif’s debut as an actor was in the 2011 Pakistani film Bol. He has also appeared in television as a captain of Team Pakistan in a singing talent show called Sur Kshetra which was shot in Dubai. Indian and Pakistani contestants were competing against each other. He is a recipient of the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, one of Pakistan's highest civilian decorations. He was also awarded with the BandLaureate International Brand Personality Award in Malaysia for his positive contribution in the society.
