Born Robert Alan Deal on May 4, 1951, has an estimated net worth of $40 million. Popularly known as Mick Mars is the lead guitarist of the heavy metal band Motley Crue. Mick Mars was discovered by aspiring musicians Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx after publishing an advertisement of his talent in the Los Angeles newspaper called The Recycler, where Mick described himself as "a loud, rude and aggressive guitar player." After they had convinced a former high school friend of Tommy to join, they formed the band on 1980 and named it Motley Crue which was Mars' suggestion.

After two decades of the band's success, they have been into an occasional split-up which led to Mick's depression and health problems. But with the reformation of Motley Crue, Mars regained an improved health and was able to perform and tour along with the band.

Aside from being an impressive guitarist, Mick is also an avid songwriter. As a matter of fact, he had contributed songs to several bands and at times he co-wrote songs for other bands with other songwriters.
