Lang Lang is a Chinese born pianist whose estimated net worth is about $30 million. He was born on June 14, 1982, at  Shenyang, China. He was born into a family of musicians as his family basically has some background in music.

He began learning music at the age of 3 and started performing at public concerts at the age of 5. During this time, Lang performed his first public recital at the Shenyang Piano Competition and won the first prize.

At present, he is performing with some of the leading orchestra groups in Europe and America. He had a performance with Andrea Bocelli at a concert in Italy. The concert became so popular and the recording is one of the bestselling DVDs of its kind. In the year 2007, he performed for the Nobel Prize concert that was held in Stockholm. He was also a part of the band that performed during the inaugural of Munich's Olympic stadium and the closing ceremony of the Euro Cup 2008. He became world-famous during the 2008 summer Olympics in Beijing and was recognized as the youth symbol of China.
