Kim Kimble is a third generation American hairstylist and she has an estimated net worth of $1.5 million. Born Kimberly Kimble on December 24, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois, she followed the footsteps of her mother and two grandmothers in creating beautiful style with each mane encountered. She started working during her pre-teen in her mother’s salon as a shampoo girl. Despite her interest in a fashion designer career, she fell in love with hair design. She was trained in several places such as Vidal Sassoon Academy and Dudley Cosmetology University on North Carolina.

Kimble opened her own salon, Phaze II, in Los Angeles in 1995. She gained widespread attention when she was hired to be the hairstylist in Robert Townsend’s films BAPS starring Halle Berry. She then landed projects that included Cinderella, The Jamie Foxx Show, and Austin Powers: Goldmember. She became a preferred hairstylist and among her celebrity clients are Beyonce, Gabrielle Union, Lady Gaga, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Vanessa Williams, Eve, Keri Hilson, Sanaa Lathan, and Kerry Washington.

Kim’s works were also featured in major publications such as Vanity Fair, Allure, InStyle, Essence, Glamour, V, Arena, Rolling Stone and a lot more. She has also appeared on several talk shows that included Oprah. She has also styled ad campaigns for Pepsi, Nike and CoverGirl. Lately, she has been working on a new product line called Kimble Hair Care System with a full service salon. Currently, she is starring on her own reality series called L.A. Hair on WEtv.
