David Jude Heyworth Law is estimated to be worth $45 million. The English actor, director, and producer is known for his vast body of work from Gattaca (1997) to the Academy Award winning Hugo (2011) as well as early theatre pieces.
Born in 1972 in London, England, Law began his acting career in The National Youth Music Theater and eventually received his first Tony nomination on the Broadway play "Indiscretions." Law moved from theatre to television and eventually onto film, with the British drama "Shopping" in 1994, starring alongside Sadie Frost, who he'd end up marrying. They married in 1997, and divorced in 2003. Law has three children with Frost; his sons Rafferty and Rudy, and a daughter named Iris.
Following the minor success of "Gattaca", Jude Law garnered stronger roles in the movie "A.I." (2001) and "A Road to Perdition" in 2002. His performance in "Cold Mountain" was well received, with a nomination for Best Actor by the Academy Awards.
Jude Law, over the course of many years, worked with many charity organizations, most notably his 2004 campaign to raise funds for the Young Vic Theater's redevelopment project.
