John Stagliano is an American adult film actor, producer, and director.

Stagliano got his start as a writer of erotic fiction for a small newspaper in the 1970s. He made his hardcore adult film debut in 1974.

In 1979,  he performed with the Chippendales four to five nights a week. He began publishing an adult magazine, Evil Angel, in 1982.

In 1988, his first Evil Angel film, Dance Fire, released. He followed that with theButtman films.

From 2004 to 2008, he produced and directed a Las Vegas show called Fashionistas, based on his adult film of the same name. In 2008, he won the "Best Director - Video" award for Fashionistas Safado: Berlin.

John Stagliano was born on November 29, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was diagnosed with HIV in January, 1997. In 2008, he married former adult film star Tricia Devereaux.
