Born as Edward Asner, Ed Asner is a famous TV, film and stage actor, and voice actor for a number of projects. Ed Asner has played roles in TV, film and stage projects like The Outlaws, The Invaders, The Reporter and Mission: Impossible. His character as Lou Grant in The Mary Tyler Moore Show earned him an Emmy Award. As a voice actor, he played a role in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Gargoyles, Spiderman, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Batman: The Animated Series, Freakazoid! and The Boondocks.
