Martin Solveig is the stage name of a French electro-house DJ and producer who has an estimated net worth of $5 million. Born Martin Laurent Picandet on September 22, 1976 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, he used to be focused on classical music. As a child, he was a soprano in the Petits Chanteurs de Sainte-Croix de Neuilly, a famous French boys’ choir.

Solveig began as a DJ at the age of eighteen and has worked in famous night clubs in Paris such as Les Bains Douches, L'Enfer, and Le Queen. In 2002, he released his first full-length studio album. After a year, he released a bonus disc called Suite. He then had the album Hedonist in 2005 and C’est La Vie in 2008.

Martin Solveig became a worldwide sensation with the lead single "Hello" from his fourth studio album called Smash. In 2011, he was subsequently invited to officially produce tracks on Madonna’s studio album MDNA. He was also made the in house DJ during the 2012 MTV Movie Awards where he paid homage to the classic themes from movies like Pulp Fiction.

DJ Martin Solveig also hosts a weekly radio show called C’est La Vie on stations worldwide such as FG DJ Radio in his homeland. He has his own label called Mixture Stereophonic. With his first entry in the Top 100 DJs by DJ Magazine , he was #72. Since then, he has been in an up or down position in the list. He also did collaborations with Dragonette, Kele of Bloc and Madonna.
