American rapper and record producer DJ Quik net worth is $3 million. Considered as a hip-hop icon, DJ Quik is one of the top and quickest producers in the rap and hip-hop history.
Born David Marvin Blake, he created his stage name DJ Quik due to his ability to make records in a relatively short period of time. He entered the music industry in the late 1980's, but had been making mixtapes ever since he received a turntable as a gift in high school. His self-made records in collaboration with fellow artists Hi-C and AMG caught the attention of the music industry and he eventually signed on to Profile Records. His debut album titled Quik Is The Name was released in 1990, and went platinum, with two massive hits Tonite and Born and Raised in Compton.
His successive albums, though, never reached the same success as his debut. His most recent album was released in 2010 with the title The Book of David.
