Mike Epps is an Indiana born actor, comedian, rap artist, musician and producer with an estimated net worth of $6 million. He is however mostly recognized for his work as a stand-up comedian with the tour of Def Comedy Jam as well as the work he did on the “Friday” franchise.

Born in 1970, his talent to make people laugh blossomed at an early age. As a teenager he was performing in local stand-up comedy clubs and after graduation moved to Atlanta and got a job at the Comedy Act Theatre. He moved to Brooklyn in 1995 and starred in Def Comedy Jam where he got more recognition as a comedian. He landed his first role in 1997's Strays and two years later got a role in Next Friday. His role on Next Friday got him recognized as a young and talented actor. He went on to get roles on 3 Strikes, Dolittle 2, All about the Benjamins and Bait.
