Bruce has married twice. He first married Kathryn Holcomb, the American actress in 1977. There were two sons from the marriage – Sam and Lee. He married again in 1995 after Holcomb died in 1987. Bruce married Melissa Gilbert, another American actress. However, the couple separated in March 2011 after 16 years.
