Anne Rice's net worth is estimated to be around $50 million. Born as Howard Allen Frances O'Brien, Anne is an American author who writes about Christian fiction and Gothic literature. She is popular for the series of novels known as the "Vampire Chronicles".

In fact, two books from the series which are all about the character Lestat have already been turned into movies. The first one, "Interview with a Vampire", which was released in 1994 featured an all-star cast that included Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Christian Slater.

The second was "Queen of the Damned". It was released in 2002 starring singer Aaliyah and Stuart Townsend. Both movies became big hits on the box office. Her other works included the "Sleeping Beauty" trilogy, "Servant of the Bones" and the "Mayfair Witch" trilogy. Her books have sold over 100 million copies and that earned her the monicker as one of the best-selling authors in the history of America.
