Welsh painter and artist Andrew Vicari has an estimated net worth of $210 million.  In France, he has successfully established a career in painting portraits of the famous and rich in the country. Though he is not known largely in his own country, Vicari was declared as the richest living painter of Britain in 2004.

Andrew Vicari was born on April 20, 1938 in Port Talbot, Wales. He studied painting at the University College, London's Slade School of Fine Art under the teaching of Lucian Freud. He is known to paint the portraits of the Royal Family in Saudi Arabia. In 2001, Prince Khaled acquired £17 million worth of 125 paintings of the First Gulf War from Vicari.

Andrew Vicari is currently working and living in his studio which is found outside of Nice, France. He also owns apartment in Monte Carlo and Riyadh.
