Andrea Della Valle is the vice chairman of Tod's Group. He and his brother, Diego, became billionaires because of their majority ownership of Tod's S.p.A. which is an Italian luxury goods maker.

He became Tod's S.p.A's vice chairman. His grandfather was the founder of the business in the early 1900s as a small shoe factory. Both Diego and Andrea Della Valle also own stakes in the soccer team ACF Fiorentina, investment bank Mediobanca, media conglomerate RCS MediaGroup and Vespa-maker Piaggio. Andrea Della Valle became the chairman of Fiorentina until the year 2009 and helped the club turn the business around after its past owner drove it into bankruptcy.
