Of dual US and Swedish citizenship, Paulina Porizkova is a Czech-born professional model with an estimated net worth of $10 million.

She is the first female model from Central Europe to appear on the cover the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, appearing on the cover of the 1984 edition. She is also the second woman to appear on the front cover of the magazine's swimsuit issue twice consecutively (1984 and 1985).

Pavlína Pořízková was born on April 9, 1965 in Prostějov, Czechoslovakia, which is now known as Czech Republic. Currently, she is married to Ric Ocasek, the lead singer of The Cars, a rock band. The couple has two sons named Oliver and Jonathan.

In August 1987, she appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine which sold hundreds of thousands of copies later. In 1992 and 1990, Paulina was selected as one of the world's  Fifty Most Beautiful People.
