Patty Hearst is an American heiress. She has a net worth of $45 Million. Patty Heart has earned her wealth as an heiress – she is the granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst, who was an American publishing tycoon. She is a great granddaughter of the millionaire George Hearst. Apart from inheriting wealth from generations of rich family, she is also best known for her involvement with the Symbionese Liberation Army after her kidnapping in 1974.
