Lindsay Wagner is a US actress born in the year 1949 in Los Angeles. Her parents got divorced when she was seven years old, as a result of which, her mother moved with her to the neighborhoods of Los Angeles a place known as Pasadena. Next, Lindsay moved with her mother and step-father to Portland. This is where she attended her high school. She also took part in many school plays, and later graduated from the University of Oregon.

Lindsay started her career working as a model and gained TV experience by hosting a US television show “Playboy After Dark”. She also starred in the show Adam 12, a prime-time show, and later on she went on to act in many Universal shows like The F.B.I., Sarge, Night Gallery and Owen Marshall: Counselor at Law.

In 1973, she started appearing in movies – her first lead role was in the movie “Two People”. As part of her contract with the Universal Studios, she also appeared in the show Six Million Dollar Man where she portrayed the role of Jaime. Her character was removed after she met with an accident, but due to popular demand, she was brought back. Wagner’s role in the 1970 TV series “The Bionic Woman” also won her an Emmy Award. In 2012, the Golden Palm Star Award was also given in honor of her achievements.

Other than her acting, what keeps her busy is writing. Wagner has written many books where she has highlighted the benefits of acupressure to achieve similar results to any surgical facelift procedure. She has appeared in many commercials and infomercials as well.
