Angelina Jolie is an American actress who has an estimated net worth of $160 million. She became famous after playing in the movie Girl, Interrupted (1999), for which won a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. Jolie was born Angelina Jolie Voight in Los Angeles, California, on June 4, 1975. From an early age, Jolie learned to act from her actor parents, Marcheline Bertrand and Jon Voight, an Oscar-winner. At age 11, she began studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Five years after that, Jolie failed at pursuing a modeling career but started to appear in music videos.
She made her film debut as a child alongside her father in Lookin' to Get Out (1982). Jolie's acting career began eleven years later with the low-budget production Cyborg 2 (1993). She started a relationship with Brad Pitt in 2005, and her daughter Shiloh was born in 2006. The following year, the couple adopted a three-year-old Pakistanian boy named Pax Thien. In 2008, she gave birth to the twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. Jolie and Pitt married in 2012 and filed for divorce in 2016.
