Tequan Richmond is an American musician and actor best recognized for his role on the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris as Drew Rock. He also played the role of Ray Charles, Jr. on the motion picture titled Ray. Furthermore, he portrayed the role of T. J. Ashford on General Hospital, a long-running soap opera on ABC.

Tequan Richmond was born on October 30, 1992 in Burlington, North Carolina, U.S. He has already appeared in magazine ads like Newsweek, Reader's Digest, National Geographic and Sports Illustrated. He has even appeared in a print ad for Nestle. In the past, Richmond had guest roles on shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Memphis Beat, Numb3rs, Strong Medicine, The Shield, Detroit 1-8-7, Love That Girl, Private Practice, and Cold Case.
