Shahid Kapoor is an Indian film actor with an estimated net worth of $20 million. Also known as Shahid Khattar, he was born on February 25, 1981 in Delhi, India. He attended Gyan Bharati School until the fourth grade, later transferring to Rajhans Vidvalaya. His half-brother Ishaan Khattar acted with him in the movie Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! (2005).

To get his start, Kapoor worked in several music videos and ads, such as the Pepsi commercial with Shahrukh Khan, as well as the music video for the Aryans song Aankhon Me Tera Hi Chehra . He was a background dancer in Taal (1999) directed by Subhash Ghai.
