Noel Clarke is an English director, screenwriter and actor best known for his appearance on Doctor Who as Mickey Smith, and on Auf Wiedersehen, Pet as Wyman Norris. In addition to being the writer of Kidulthood, Noel also served as the director, screenwriter and lead star of Kidulthood's sequel called Adulthood.

On TV, Clarke is noted for his recurring appearances on shows like Casualty (2001), Auf Wiedersehen, Pet (2002-2004), Holby City (2004), Doctor Who (2005-2010), Doctor Who Confidential (2005-2010), and Jane Hall (2010). Among his most recent film projects are Radio 1 Movie, Fast Girls, The Knot, Storage 24, Bliss!, Star Trek Into Darkness and Saving Santa. 

Noel Anthony Clarke was born on December 6, 1975 in London, England. In 2003, Clarke became a recipient of the Most Promising Performer  at the  Laurence Olivier Award. Six years later, he received a BAFTA Orange Rising Star Award.
