After more than a decade of a strutting career in the London stage, Michael Sheen finally was finally discovered by the American audience with his performance in the Broadway revival of Amadeus where he played the role of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

He debut in the film industry when he starred with Vanessa Redgrave in the project When She Danced. This curly-haired Welsh actor worked mainly on theater. In fact, he is noted for his performance in several theatrical projects including Peer Gynt, The Homecoming, Henry V, The Seagull, and Romeo and Juliet.

In 2009, Sheen appeared in two popular fantasy films, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.
