Justin Fletcher is an English actor, TV presenter, singer and voice actor.

Fletcher started his career when he watched Phillip Schofield in the BBC1 broom cupboard with Gordon the Gopher. He decided to pursue a career in children's television.

Fletcher put together a show reel called Justin Time. It's about two different characters: Anna Conda and Arthur Sleep. And he sent out his finish work to various broadcasters and production companies.

His first ever show was CITV's Fun Song Factory. Then, he toured as Mr Jolly in Playdays for 2 years. He then became part of the program Tikkabilla.

Fletcher lent his voice for some of the characters in CBeebies' Boo!. In 2006, he became a presenter on CBeebies but left in 2007.

In 2008, CBeebies aired 3 different pilots made by Fletcher. They were called Humphrey the Painter, Gigglebiz and Captain Adorable. In January 2009, Gigglebiz become a regular show, and it's a series of character-based comedy sketches linked by jokes told by children.

In 2011, CBeebies began broadcasting "Justin's House" starring Justin with Steve Kynman.

Justin Fletcher was born on June 15, 1970 in Reading, Berkshire, England. He studied at Guildford School of Acting.  He was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2008 Birthday Honours for services to "children's broadcasting and the voluntary sector".
