Julian McMahon is an Australian actor who was born in 1968. He has an estimated net worth of $16 million.
Julian was born in Sydney – he was the second out of three children of his parents. His father, William McMahon was the member of the Parliament, and his mother was a fashion idol. Julian studied in all boys’ school. He studied law for a very brief period. However, studies never interested him much. He started modeling instead. He soon became a successful model and was well known in the fashion capitals across the world – in Paris, New York, Milan, London, and Rome. Julian also starred in the commercial of Levi Strauss jeans at that time.
Julian earned his wealth from numerous acting stints. He began his acting career in an Australian soap named “Home and Away”. Soon after this show, he started taking voice lessons to lose his Australian accent which was hindering his other performances. After this show got canceled, Julian moved to the US, where he bagged the film “Wet and Wild Summer” and also starred in her fiancé’s music video album named “This Is It” and “This is the Way”. Till 1995, he remained with the team “Another World”.
He has acted in many well-known films like Premonition, Prisoner and Fantastic Four. From the year 1996 to 2000, he was a part of the NBC show Profiler. In 2005, he was also nominated for the Golden Globe Awards, a very prestigious award. Julian married the Australian singer, Dannii Minogue. However, the couple separated after a year.
