John Pinette is an American stand-up comedian and actor who regularly appears as a guest on The View and The Tonight Show. In the past, he has performed impressions of Hervé Villechaize, Gollum, Marlon Brando, an Ewok, Elvis Presley, and The Chipmunks. In 2013, he started hosting the television show All You Can Eat.

John Pinette was born on March 23, 1964  in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating from Malden Catholic High School, he pursued a career in accounting, but later found a job in comedy.

Pinette's major break came after joining the tour of Frank Sinatra. Eventually, he appeared on The Punisher, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, Junior, Dear God, Duets, as well as in the final episode of Seinfeld. 

In 1999, he became a recipient of the Stand-Up Comedian of the Year award at the American Comedy Awards. He was nominated for a Gemini award for his performance in Just for Laughs in 2000.

He was found dead in hotel room on April 4th 2014
