Jeffrey Ross is an American author, director, actor and stand-up comedian best recognized for his appearances on Comedy Central Roasts as well as on Where My Dogs At?

As an actor, Ross has appeared on TV shows like CSI, Six Feet Under,  The Sarah Silverman Program, Weeds, and Wild 'n Out as well as in films like The Aristocrats and Stuck On You. Along with his partner, Edyta Śliwińska, Ross appeared on Dancing With The Stars on the show's seventh season. They were the first pair to be eliminated. Since August 2012, he has appeared on the weekly show The Burn with Jeff Ross which has been aired for two seasons.

Ross' directorial debut came in 2005 with the film Patriot Act: A Jeffrey Ross Home Movie  which received a Best Feature Film Award  during the Montreal Comedy Festival. The documentary which discussed the life of Ross featured artists like Kathy Kinney, Blake Clark and Drew Carey.

Born Jeffrey Ross Lifschultz, Ross was born on September 13, 1965 in Springfield, New Jersey, USA. He is an alumnus of Boston University.
